An Arduino based control panel to operate the small mini hopper model.

This Arduino Uno controls the following circuits:

A dark sensor used as the overflow sensor responsible of detecting weather there is an abnormal buildup of material within the small hopper located on the helix conveyor.

An LCD display with an operation menu for the whole machine.

An operations panel consisting of 4 buttons using an LM148 to provide a unique signature for each button and also to provide a command light detached from the Arduino itself.

A motor control driver using an L293D controlling the motor of the helix conveyor and 3 small vibrating motors all connected to a single H-bridge.

A temperature sensor.

A servo for opening and closing the hatch of the large hopper Indicator lights for normal operation and error state.
